Jacqueline has been shortlisted for this year's New Writing Ventures Award together with Mir Mahfuz Ali and Jemma Borg. The overall winner will be announced on September 11th. Poetry on the Lake 2007

Jacqueline poem 'Maxwell's Otter' has been Commended in the Formal Category of Poetry on the Lake's competition and will be included in the anthology.

The dates for this year's celebration are 12-14th October. Jacqueline has been invited to give a workshop on voice 'The One Thing you Own' as part of the festival.

New pamphlet

Jacqueline's short poetry collection, Mid Lands is available now (March 07). A lovely and intimate launch. Jacqueline shared the stage with three friends, Mary MacRae, Sharon Morris and Mimi Khalvati, who read one or two of their own poems and one already published poem they loved. Jacqueline read a selection of poems from the pamphlet including Shitspiders and Field from the dialect poems.
