Jeremy Hooker was born in 1941 and is a poet, critic, teacher and broadcaster and is currently Professor of English at the University of Glamorgan. He has published ten collections of poetry, his most recent is Adamah (Enitharmon, 2002) and his Collected Poems is forthcoming.
