In 1999 Jacqueline attended her first Poetry School workshop with Mimi Khalvati and Jane Duran. Very quickly she realised she wanted to help this important and generous charity and became a volunteer for the School. In 2000 she became the Administrator a role which she continued until 2005 and then became the Marketing Manager for the School until December 2007.
